RULES & REGULATIONS
- Eligibility: WSTMC 2026 warmly welcomes contestants of all nationalities.
- Age Categories: Contestants are allowed to enter a higher age category even if they are younger than the typical age requirement.
- Competition Format: This is a LIVE competition with only ONE round.
- Availability: Contestants are responsible for ensuring their availability on the published competition date.
- Requests for Performance Times: We regret that we cannot accommodate requests for specific performance dates and/or times.
- Behavior: Contestants and their accompanying parties are expected to behave respectfully towards others and adhere to the venue's rules.
- Judges’ Decisions: All decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding. The WSTMC 2026 Organizing Committee reserves the right NOT TO award Gold or Silver prizes in any category if the required performance standard is NOT met.
- Prize: In each category, every contestant will be awarded at least a bronze medal.
- Failure to Meet Time Requirement: The objective of WSTMC 2026 is to offer a professional live platform for contestants to showcase their performances. Should contestants fail to meet the required time duration, they will receive only a certificate of participation. Contestants who do not meet the time duration requirement will not be awarded any medals or trophies.
- Exceeding Time: WSTMC 2026 reserve the rights to stop the contestant IF they exceed the time limit.
- Repertoire Length and Category Eligibility: Younger contestants can compete in a higher category if they perform a longer repertoire, while older contestants are restricted to their designated age groups and cannot compete in lower categories.
TERMS & CONDITONS
- Application Fees: All fees must be paid in full when submitting your application. NO REFUNDS are given for any reason, including withdrawals or mistakes. Once your application is submitted, all payments are FINAL.
- Health and Safety: Contestants must comply with all health and safety regulations, including any COVID-19 protocols that may be in place.
- Travel and Accommodation: Contestants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Media Rights: By participating, contestants consent to the recording, photography and use of their performance for promotional purposes by WSTMC 2026.
- Liability: The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the competition.
- Contestant Category: The WSTMC 2026 committee reserves the right to make the final decision regarding a contestant’s category if there are insufficient entries in a given category.
- Supportive Environment: We encourage a supportive and positive environment. Any negative behavior towards other contestants will not be tolerated.
